Business Development Director - Benelux
The Business Development Director will be responsible for developing our channel direct sales business in the B2B market. This person will help provide insight on the competitive landscape, create business development plans, develop channel and ISV partners and drive new opportunities to improve our strategic position in the marketplace to gain share for our clients
Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Lead the business development and sales activities in Europe to develop our channels and expand our presence with reseller partners to enable us to achieve revenue, gross margin target.

Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth in Europe
-
Develop and execute go-to-market strategy and processes for and key initiatives/priorities
-
Develop local relationships with key ISV partners.
-
Build relationships with key clients and c-level executives as well as internal sales organizations.
Desired Qualifications, Skills and Experience
-
5+ years’ experience in sales and business development
-
3+ years‘ experience in the Cyber security and I & A management
-
HBO education level or above
The ideal candidate should have work experience in sales and business development Some qualification for consideration:
-
Software and/or ISV experience
-
Commercial Channel Experience
-
Enterprise sales experience
-
Experience or ability to evaluate a market, identify opportunities and determine customer needs.

Strong understanding of product positioning, differentiation; experience developing value propositions and messaging.

Experience working in a global environment
-
Ability to effectively communicate with senior management
-
Cross-functional team management experience
-
Strong Technical aptitude
-
Skilled in English and Dutch language.
